Sandra de Bruijn started her career in the recruitment industry with Tempo Team, a Randstad Holding Company. In 1997 she was involved in the start up of Legal FlexForce - one of the Netherland's first and most successful recruitment agencies for lawyers and Legal Counsels, which was later acquired by TMP Worldwide. Sandra subsequently held management positions at YER (Young Executive Recruitment) and the Hudson Global Resources Group. She also owned her own legal search and consultancy firm for many years. Her last role prior to joining Amrop was as Managing Director of the Amsterdam-based law firm, Blenheim Lawyers.
Alex Diffey is a Partner and head of the Private Banking & Wealth Management Practice in London. He has over 15 years' executive search experience specializing in senior front office placements into the international Private Banking sector. He has run Private Banking executive search teams in Geneva, Singapore and London while residing in each location. Alex has a strong track record of placing Senior Relationship Managers, Private Banking Team Heads and Country Heads, and Heads of Private Banking, as well as Investment Management and Family Office professionals.
Anabel Galarza has 16 years of experience in recruiting and human resources in national and multinational companies. She has lead search assignments for senior executives for local and international companies in Ecuador and Latin America, and has provided strategic consulting to various clients across a range of sectors. Anabel holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica del Ecuador and an executive MBA from the IDE Business School.
Miguel Herrezuelo joined Amrop in 2004. Hestarted his career in the HR Consulting area of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Consultant. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting. He joined Amrop as a Consultant in 2004, and was promoted as Associate in 2010. Miguel specializes in working with clients in the Infrastructure, Engineering, Utilities and Professional Services sectors. He has extensive experience in Human Resources consulting, especially in management evaluation, development, compensation studies and organizational structures.
Avril Kellett is co-head of the Investment Banking practice in London. She has over 20 years' experience conducting searches across a broad range of financial services, particularly Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets. Avril has worked on both geographical and sector coverage for advisory roles, debt and equity capital markets and derivative solutions, leveraged finance origination and syndication, and structured finance. She began her search career at Korn Ferry before becoming a co-founder of a boutique search firm where she led the global research function. She has since been a Partner in a couple of investment banking boutique search firms in London where she set up the global research function in addition to her role in establishing the firms' investment banking practices.
Claudia Paladino has successfully managed a number of change management projects for multinational and family companies in Italy and search assignments in the digital and innovation sectors. She started her career in an Advertising agency, subsequently becoming Manager of its Marketing Division. She later joined the FMA Group - a communications agency leader - as External Relations Manager. From 2000 to 2005 she worked as Marketing and Advertising Manager of the daily newspaper Tuttosport. In 2006 she began working in executive search, joining Eurosearch consultants. At Amrop, Claudia specializes in the Media & Technology, Industrial, Retail and Life Sciences sectors.
Irma Real joined Amrop in 2012 as Head of Research, with 30 years of experience in the editorial, advertising and marketing fields. Previously, Irma was Commercial Manager for Corporación La Prensa, the editorial company of Panama’s leading newspaper. She was the driving force behind newspapers, magazines, publications and commercial projects which were of great significance to Corprensa. Her past experience includes a role as VP Northern Latin America for the International Newspaper Marketing Association (INMA). She began her career as an Account Supervisor for Campagnani Publicidad, where she worked on advertising, promotional and public relations strategy development.
Roland Theuws began his professional career with Royal Dutch Shell where he participated in their international internship program in the Ivory Coast. Later he held commercial and senior management positions at Chevron Corporation in the UK and West Africa over a period of 14 years. While in the Ivory Coast for Chevron, Roland was temporarily seconded to ExxonMobil. After gaining Blue-chip exposure, Roland returned to the Netherlands joining Rabobank International to bring Oil Major experience to their Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance team. He later rejoined the oil sector working for the world’s 4th largest Energy trading house, Gunvor, prior to joining Amrop. Roland focuses on executive, senior management and specialized professional positions in the Industrial, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
Mircea Tiplea began his career as a Finance Manager in the Aluminum industry, and later moved to the FMCG sector, working as Industrial Controller for InBev Romania and later as Financial Controller, SAP Project Manager and CFO for Coca-Cola Romania & Moldova. Starting in 2009 he became CEO of a Private Equity-owned company in the Transportation & Logistics sector. At Amrop, Mircea works with clients in the Private Equity, Financial Services, Supply Chain, Professional Services and NGO sectors.
Masha Yankovskaya has worked in the Executive Search industry for almost 15 years, focusing on Banking and Finance within the EMEA region. She has an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business. Masha's consulting practice focuses on the Banking, Finance and Private Equity sectors, covering the CIS region. Masha joined Amrop Mulsanne in 2013 as a Senior Consultant with responsibility for the firm's Emerging Markets Practice. Previously, she worked for a renowned international search firm in the UK. Prior to that, she worked as a senior consultant for a leading CIS executive search firm based in Moscow.
