Andy is a management and leadership consulting executive with two decades of diversified professional services experiences in business transformation, service innovation, HR consulting and business/leadership coaching for sizeable organizations and government entities in the west and in Asia. He continues to advise these growth organizations on their innovation, performance and leadership agenda.
Prior to joining Amrop, Andy was the corporate management director at a leading Chinese conglomerate HNA Group, after a long consulting career with Accenture, BearingPoint and K/F HayGroup in their Toronto, San Francisco, Seattle, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices. He started his career as a systems architect with Andersen Consulting in Canada.
Andy has worked with MNC, Chinese companies and government entities to shape business strategy, optimize organization design, improve organizational and team/leadership effectiveness, derive quick-wins and build cases for change. He adopts outside-in and design-thinking approaches in engaging senior leaders and developing trusted relationships.
A computer engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, he also did post-graduate studies at UC Berkeley and executive education at the University of Oxford. Andy speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. His long living and working exposures in the east and the west have equipped him with a deep understanding of cultural diversity.
