Process Differentiators

Process is transparent with 24/7 access because we have a Client Portal.

Shortlist is 4-6 weeks, and we can include a fast-track option, allowing the client to interview candidates as and when they are QIA (Qualified, Interested and Assessed).

Billing is on completion of milestones: at the beginning, when the client start seeing candidates and when the candidate signs. If we do not deliver, we are not getting paid.

We reach a result: we make a hire, or the client is satisfied the market has been thoroughly searched and intelligence gathered. They have the evidence and information to make an alternative decision about how to proceed.
