We use the combination of a competency-based interview and psychometric testing to provide a complete picture of the personality, leadership, motivation and potential of selected final candidates. We report the outcome both as written and oral feedback to provide a balanced overview of the candidate’s potential.
Beyond our normal onboarding support after executive search assignments, we also tailor broader onboarding programs for new hires, based on the knowledge developed during the recruitment process and the leadership assessment. Such programs typically consist of coaching meetings over 6-12 months.
