 SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:

Responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of the Recruitment Service to the People Partners, business and operational leadership. Particular emphasis on: using the Acquisition framework developed in the Group Talent Solutions space to ensure the attraction, selection and contracting of candidates to achieve business objectives; establish business recruitment briefing inputs and work closely with the Organisational Effectiveness team to create a suitable role profile in conjunction with People Partners and business as well as create platform-specific inputs to optimise the attraction of candidates.

 

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • More than 5 years in a Recruitment Service Delivery or equivalent role, managing recruitment service delivery, frameworks, policies, procedures and guidelines - (essential).
  • Experience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar - (preferred).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR practices within the FMCG, retail sector, understanding of the challenges of recruitment service execution in a Group, retail environment - (essential).
  • Exposure to statutory requirements, applying and monitoring relevant laws, regulations and best practices as they relate to a recruitment service environment.
  • A sound understanding of diversity and inclusion concepts and processes and the link between employment equity and good HR practices - (essential).
  • A proven track record of leading and managing recruitment services in a Group or Agency environment - demonstrating knowledge of trending best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing and applying platforms and technologies to create the best turnaround times and user experience - (essential).
