Amrop Ukraine Welcomes New Associate Partner

Angela Poddubna has joined the Amrop Ukraine team in Kyiv as an Associate Partner. She combines leadership experience in marketing and HR with strategic consulting and facilitation.
Angela led the HR function at a number of Ukraine’s top organizations, including RedHead Family Corporation, Deloitte Ukraine, ADV Group and Bayadera Group. She has headed marketing for leading multinationals in the region, such as McDonald’s Ukraine, Subway Russia, Mars, and real,- Metro Group. As Managing Director of multinational advertising agency Publicis Visage Ukraine, she helped clients diagnose their underlying needs to create and implement robust solutions at international level.
She has worked as a facilitator to enable businesses to reach crucial decisions quickly and efficiently. As demand continues to grow in Ukraine, she will play a key role in enriching the firm’s board consulting portfolio.
Angela applies her professional know-how to higher education. Via lecturing and active conference participation she seeks to convey best business practices to young professionals. “As the Dalai Lama said, “sharing your knowledge is a way to achieve immortality,” and I take guidance from that.”
She adds: “The move from marketing to HR allowed me to apply my marketing knowledge, tools and tactics to developing innovative talent management strategies.
