Bastiaan Fuhring is per 5 januari gestart als Group Asset Management & Procurement Director bij HES International.
De geschiedenis van HES (Haven en Scheepvaart) gaat terug tot 1887 en sindsdien is het bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een begrip in het havendomein. Vanuit de oorsprong in de opslag van droge bulk heeft HES zich stap voor stap verbreed en internationaal uitgebouwd tot HES International, met het hoofdkantoor nog steeds in Rotterdam. Als een van Europa’s grootste onafhankelijke bedrijven in de overslag van vloeibare en droge bulk heeft HES International zich gepositioneerd als onmisbare schakel in de Europese logistieke keten.
Per 5 januari versterkt Bastiaan Fuhring de gelederen van HES International als Group Asset Management & Procurement Director. Met ruim 20 jaar ervaring in terminals voor natte bulk, pijpleidingen en (petro)chemische assets is Bastiaan bij uitstek geschikt om sleutelprocessen te centraliseren, synergieën te realiseren en uniforme standaarden te borgen op het gebied van veiligheid, compliance en betrouwbaarheid binnen alle terminals. Daarmee levert hij precies wat nodig is om HES International duurzaam te versterken.

Effective January 5, Bastiaan Fuhring strengthens HES International’s leadership team as Group Asset Management & Procurement Director. With more than 20 years of experience in liquid bulk terminals, pipeline infrastructure, and (petro)chemical assets, Bastiaan is ideally suited to centralize key processes, realize synergies, and ensure consistent standards in safety, compliance, and reliability across all terminals. In doing so, he brings exactly the expertise needed to further strengthen HES International in a sustainable way.
