Joseph Teperman

Joseph Teperman is a founding partner at Amrop INNITI, a member of the Conference Committe @IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He is the author of the book “Anticareer”.

Joseph is considered one of the leading executive search and leadership consultants in Brazil. He is a founding partner of Inniti (now AMROP Inniti), a consultancy that works with and for Boards of Directors and Top Management.

His main focus is the CEO and Board Practices. Since 2005 he has served different industries, from startups to Fortune 500 and Ibovespa companies.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Business Administration course at FAAP and also at WNutritional. He is also a member of the Congress Committee at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.

Joseph is also an authority about work and the future of work, an observer and thinker in relation to the future and present of the work.

He has a column at HSM Management, and is a lecturer on relevant stages such as SAP Forum, CONARH and Freedom and Democracy Forum.

He created the concept and wrote the book “Anticareer: The Future of Work, the End of Employment and Unemployment”, where he shows that the world has changed and the career mentality was left behind!
