Tomasz joined Amrop's partner firm in Warsaw in 1994.
Between 2008 – 2019 he served on Group’s Global Board and Nominations Committee. He is a member of Amrop’s Board practice.
Tomasz is a generalist with extensive experience in executive and non executive roles. He assists international, local listed, and privately held companies with key appointments, succession, non-executive and advisory board projects. Tomasz has worked extensively with owners of family businesses. His industry expertise includes financial services, real estate, infrastructure and heavy industries sectors.
Tomasz graduated from Columbia College of Columbia University in New York City. He attended executive education "Trusted Advisor” program at IMD. He is a bilingual Polish/English speaker and an avid student of Turkish.
