Kaja is a Consultant at Amrop Norway, having joined Amrop in 2022. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2023, she was the responsible Research Manager. She started her career in HR within the oil and gas industry, working in the UK for several years before returning to Norway to work in HR in the fintech industry. Kaja has a bachelors degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and a masters degree in Conflict Studies from London School of Economics and Political Science.
