Matilda Lundberg joined Amrop as an Associate in December 2023.

Before joining Amrop, Matilda initiated her engagement in recruitment during her academic pursuits.

Subsequently, she transitioned into a full-time position within a well-established and recognized recruitment agency, where she refined her skills.

Her focus areas included roles within HR, Sustainability, Finance, and Marketing.

Matilda's professional journey also encompasses a year of study in London and specialized training within the Swedish Armed Forces as a motorcycle orderly.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Service Management with a major in Logistics from Lund University.
