About the Role
Consultants will be working closely with colleagues around the world as part of a highly successful and dynamic team, with daily interactions and business collaboration.
The Right Mix of Skillsets
We are open for discussions with graduates and senior executives from different industry sectors, including but not exclusively from Technology, Financial Services, Creative Industry, Professional Services, and the Consumer sector, who wish to leverage their knowledge and expertise.
The role is based on advising clients across industries and geographies, providing solutions on leadership and functional requirements, board and leadership advisory, family business advisory and succession planning, building relationships with key stakeholders locally and globally.
We are open to speaking with energetic and ambitious professionals from any business background, with excellent client-focused and project management abilities, self-starters with superior service orientation and interest in business and management.
Minimum 8+ years work experience (for entry-level), with regional and international business exposure across one or more industry sectors and geographies, and progressive career development.
Alternatively, a solid track record in Executive Search, Board and/or Leadership Advisory or Professional Services in a consulting and fee-generating capacity.
Strong relationship-building skills, high degree of discipline and comfortable interacting with key stakeholders of companies and professionals at all levels of relationships.
Strong entrepreneurial attitude and business acumen; ability to develop strong business partnering relationships, generate opportunities and add value to our business.
Creating a win-situation with your knowledge when working with clients, colleagues and business partners globally.
Help and inspire colleagues to grow by sharing knowledge and mentorship.
Authentic personality with a service-oriented approach, at ease handling complexity, and ensuring vital discretion in client and candidate management.
Adhering to high professional standards and ensuring an excellent code of conduct of the highest ethical standards.
Offering exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.
Very interested in lifelong learning, what is future-shaping business and management and challenging Leadership and Boards today; i.e., Leadership and Change Management, The Future of Work, Digital, Cyber Security, Consumer and Brand Behavioural aspects, and beyond.
