Andreas Boke is a Partner at Amrop, based in Gothenburg. He executes assignments both nationally and internationally, covering a number of business sectors. He is a member of Amrop's global Industrial Practice.

Andreas has 16 years of Executive Search experience. In 2003, he entered the search industry as a Consultants in a boutique firm in Stockholm. In 2007, he established the office for an international search firm in Goteborg and grew the team to seven people.

Between 2014 and 2019, Andreas worked at C-suite level for Korn Ferry International.Andreas has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, but especially covering Industrial and Consumer.

Andreas spent four years as Management Consultants at Arthur D. Little working with a broad scope of industries and assignments. He assisted several clients in projects concerning Operations Management incl sourcing, supply chain and manufacturing, as well as helped clients concerning strategy projects and Due Diligence.

Andreas started his career at Sydkraft (today E.On Sweden), first as a Management Trainee and then as Portfolio Manager at the trading department.Apart from a career in Sweden, Andreas has also had assignments in other countries including experience living in Portugal and Japan.

To gain an in-depth knowledge in board assignments as well as start-up companies, Andreas served as a board member of BrainTek, a company within Chalmers Fretagspark, and was also a jury member of Venture Cup, a competition between entrepreneurs founded by McKinsey.

Andreas holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lund University.
