Rupert Nesselhauf is a Senior Advisor of AmropCivitas.

Rupert has specialized in top level search assignments, advising a wide range of Private Equity owned and family owned companies, from small cap to large cap, as well as Professional Services and Financial Services firms, from Transaction Advisory Services and Strategy Consulting to Corporate Finance and Asset Management .

Rupert became part of AmropCivitas in July 2018, joining from Civitas International where he had been a Managing Partner for over 25 years. He focuses on working closely with his international colleagues, providing an in-depth market knowledge in a wide range of industries with a sound understanding of several European countries.

Previously, Rupert was a search Consultant with Mulder & Partner, today Heidrick & Struggles in the Dusseldorf office. Prior to joining Mulder he worked for Allegheny International in London, Oakbrook, Illinois, and Frankfurt as an International Marketing Manager. He started his professional career with Robert Bosch, working in several marketing and sales functions in automotive and consumer products in Stuttgart, Amsterdam, London, Madrid, and Zurich.

Rupert holds a degree in economics as lic. oec. HSG from the renowned University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He served as a board member of several private equity funds and management consultancies.
