Agnieszka is a Partner at Amrop dk. She began her career in the 1990s at Korn/Ferry International, where she played a key role in introducing the firm to the Polish market and led their Selection and Research Department. In 1998, she joined dk Executive Search, where she developed the advertised recruitment business and has since worked with both international corporations and leading Polish companies across a variety of industries.
