Agnieszka is a Partner at Amrop dk Executive Search. She began her career in the 1990s at Korn/Ferry International, where she played a key role in introducing the firm to the Polish market and led their Selection and Research Department. In 1998, she joined dk Executive Search, where she developed the advertised recruitment business and has since worked with both international corporations and leading Polish companies across a variety of industries.

Agnieszka is a trusted advisor for organizations seeking top executive talent. She also has extensive experience in Assessment and Development Center processes, as well as career transition and outplacement projects, strengthening her reputation as a leader in human resources consulting.
