Alina Mini is a Deree College graduate with studies in Business Administration, focusing in H.R. development having attended numerous seminars on the subject. She speaks Greek & English, while she also has a satisfactory command of German language.

She has been with Amrop since 1997. She is experienced in executing the recruitment and selection process, executive search, advisory and coaching. During this period she has evaluated over 10.000 candidates in the fields of FMCGs & Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunication and Energy, having acquired a valuable expertize on these fields. Throughout her tenure she has participated also in Leadership Assessment projects in various sectors and is an active member of Amrop’s Professional Services & Financial Services global practice groups. In conjunction with evaluation and recruiting in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR and Production, she has actively involved in Personnel Evaluations and Public Sector projects.

In the past, she has collaborated with a Business Consultancy firm, SELECT INTERSERVICES as a Consultant and also with a German multinational company manufacturing rock – cutting tools, WINTER HELLAS, as an H.R. Specialist. She was responsible for daily contact with company’s headquarters in Germany, files updating, developing H.R. initiatives, organizing training seminars and CV’s evaluation.
