Anna Bonde is Managing Partner at Amrop's Malmö office.
With an international profile, she brings short of 25 years of experience in advising senior leaders, executives and boards on search and leadership services.
Anna joined Amrop Malmö as a Partner in 2009. Previously, she worked 12 years in the UK and continental Europe. In 1999 she co-established a global executive search firm's Luxembourg branch and dedicated her time to the Banking industry and Professional Services. Before entering the search business Anna held various positions at Bloomberg LP in London.
Anna is a core member of the Consumer & Retail PG but she has strong experience working with Family controlled businesses, Industrial, Professional- and Financial Services. From a functional point of view, Anna focuses mainly on CEO, CFO, CCO and COO functions. She is also a mentor in the Amrop Explorers program.
Anna holds a BBA from Gothenburg School of Economics. She is fluent in English, German, French and Danish.
