Brigitte Arhold serves as COO of the Amrop Partnership and her responsibilities essentially cover the overall administration of the group, the functioning of the organization and operations.

She is a non-voting Member of the Global Board and the Membership Committee.

Before joining Amrop in 2008, Brigitte served as Director at the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) with responsibilities for the EMEA Region.

Prior to that, Brigitte was a Manager with Ernst & Young Belgium, where she advised a diverse number of European and international not-for-profit organizations on strategy, and association management issues, supporting them to achieve better governance, operations and functional performance.

Brigitte Arhold holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in law from the Sorbonne Paris I University and an LLM in European law from the Europa – Institut of the Universitat des Saarlandes in Germany.

Brigitte is fluent in French, English and German.
