Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt is a Partner at Amrop Denmark, bringing over 30 years of experience as a seasoned executive, board professional, and trusted advisor.

As an experienced entrepreneur, she has founded or co-founded companies across a diverse range of industries, including digital services, publishing, education, design, sustainable fashion, and cutting-edge event formats. Throughout her career, Caroline has served on the boards of over 25 companies, including Denmark's largest retailer and some of its most well-known international brands.

Caroline is highly regarded as a trusted advisor in C-suite and board level executive search, working on both national and international assignments. With a strategic outlook and operational experience, she provides leadership assessment, strategic sparring, organizational design, and talent management services.

In addition, Caroline was appointed as a member of the national prime minister-led Disruption Council from 2017-2019. Recently, she directed and hosted a weekly radio program titled "Business of the Future" on national Radio4, which focused on how businesses will need to evolve and adapt to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future.

Highly respected for her public speaking and moderation skills, Caroline is often invited to speak at events and lead discussions. Her career began with the founding of one of Scandinavia's first internet businesses in 1992, which she grew to become a leading force in the development of an entirely new industry.
