Clariana is a co-founding partner at Amrop Brazil, a Board Member and Human Resources expert.

Clariana was Board Member during 2019-2021 and leads Human Resources for Amrop Brazil, as well as functioning as an HR Advisor for CEOs.

She also contributes to a family-owned wine business (Arpuro, Minas Gerais – Brazil).

Before Amrop Brazil, she led Human Resources for large multinationals such as Walmart, H&R Block, and Paychex.
