Ebru Esmen Mete is a consultant at Amrop Turkiye.
Ebru is a strategic advisor to executive boards and HR departments through her expertise in executive search, leadership advisory, organizational structuring and development, implementing tailor-made creative people solutions with high competency of navigating organizational complexities.
Prior to Amrop, Ebru was a Senior Consultant in Boyden Executive Search and has completed projects across various industries including ecommerce, start-ups, and technology. For 13 years, Ebru held the Executive Vice President for Human Resources role in one of Turkey's largest holding companies, active in 8 sectors such as automotive, e-commerce, technology, media, construction, hospitality, energy and entertainment, with over 300 companies and more than 50,000 employees, where she was also a part of the executive committee with the Chairman and the Group CEO.
She has special focus in gender equality and women's empowerment.
Ebru sees people as a “value” rather than a “resource” and prides herself on guiding teams to integrate their awareness and perspectives into their work and life experiences for a fulfilled and resilient life journey.
Ebru was prized with international HR awards, and she was honoured for her contribution to social responsibility projects.

Graduated from Saint Joseph French High School, Ebru holds a B.A. and Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Istanbul. She is a co active coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In her personal life, Ebru is an avid photographer, involved in international composite exhibitions.
