Elena Ghirardotto is a Partner at Amrop Italy since 2023.

Elena has extensive and diversified experience in the HR & Organisation areas, gained in complex environments. Elena spent her career in Sweden, UK and Italy, both in consulting and in big corporations such as FCA Group, Carrefour Italia and Acqua & Sapone were she was CHRO focused on restructuring, M&As and C-suite management.

She also has a deep knowledge of the Retail, Industrial and Automotive sectors. She additionally covers the Financial Institutions sector, thanks to her earliest experience working in financial markets in Sweden.

Elena graduated in Economics and holds a Master’s in Business and Administration from San Telmo Business School in Spain.

She is fluent in Italian, English and French.
