Helen Choe is Partner in Seoul and a member of Amrop’s Global Leadership Advisory Practice and Board Advisory Practice.
With strong business management, consulting and Industrial/ Organizational Psychology background, Helen has an extensive track-record of helping organizations improve their business performance through innovative HR, talent and leadership solutions.
She is in particular recognized for her deep expertise in CEO succession planning and management, leadership development and assessment and executive coaching. She works with Boards, Chairs, CEOs and their executive teams, to facilitate seamless transition of leaders into critical and high stakes roles.
Prior to joining Amrop, Helen served as Global Executive Development Partner at Sanofi's Chief Talent Office in their headquarters in Paris, where she was responsible for CEO and ExCom succession planning, executive assessment and acceleration program, and executive coaching.
Earlier, she was a Senior Principal in a leading executive search and talent consulting firm in their Seoul, Hong Kong and Singapore offices, where she led the assessment and coaching practice for Asia Pacific.
An advocate of human-centered leadership, she is passionate about enabling and empowering leaders to maximize their potential through harnessing their sense of purpose.
Helen holds a BA in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University and a dual MA in Organizational Psychology and Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. She is a certified executive coach and accredited in range of globally recognized psychometric instruments.
She has lived and worked in Boston, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Madrid, Mussoorie, New York, Paris, Singapore, Seattle, Tehran and Washington D.C.
