Imma joined Amrop in 2026. Her longstanding multi-country career in executive search firms has resulted in an extensive network of senior executive relationships both locally and internationally. Furthermore, she brings a consistent and successful track record of C-level search engagements, across a variety of sectors.

Her professional experience has been developed working for several Executive Search firms such as Boyden, Nicholson International, Alexander Mann and Beaumont Group.

She holds a degree in Political Science from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.

In addition to her native Italian, Imma speaks English fluently due to 20+ years spent abroad, mostly in the UK.
