Juan Carlos has spearheaded Leadership Development for 39 years as a consultant specializing in Cultural Transformation, executive coach, and speaker across 30 countries.
Throughout his career, he has worked at multinationals companies such as Honeywell Inc., Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, HayGroup, and ManpowerGroup, and has advised more than 1,000 organizations.
He has received the National Management Award for his contributions to leadership, talent, and organizational development and serves as Honorary President of the Spanish Coaching Association (AECOP). He is also the author of dozens of books on Leadership and Management alongside hundreds of articles.
My personal mission is to help companies and executives to be “leaders for what’s next”, combining search, leadership assessment, boards and DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion).
