Juan Pablo joined Amrop in 2013 as Senior Consultant and became Partner in 2016.

For 12 years Juan Pablo worked for multinational companies in the FMCG sector such as Gillete Company, Monsanto and Merisant. He had different commercial positions up to Country Manager. Later, he assumed as General Manager of 5aSec (worldwide leader in laundry services) for two years. In 2008 he began his consultancy career in Focus Advisor (middle management search firm) as Consulting Manager.

Juan Pablo holds a BA in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He is fluent both in Spanish and English.
