Previously, Jun has has advised the global industrial market at other leading global executive search firms. He conducted business development and search engagements primarily in the manufacturing industry. Before that, he was an executive search consultant at a Japanese boutique firm. Jun also held various roles in HR, talent acquisition, and computer software development at Sony.

Jun received his degrees in computer science and physics from Boston College and a master’s degree in system design and management from Keio University.
