Karolina is a Senior Consultant at Amrop dk. She brings over 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR consulting, gained in leading executive search firms with a strong international presence. Her expertise includes employee engagement surveys, career path design, talent mapping, and the development of competency-based assessment tools and models for organizations in Poland and abroad, including the UK, France, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

Before joining dk Group in 2016, Karolina worked at Korn/Ferry as an Recruiter and Training Coordinator, where she supported Hiring Managers across EMEA in talent acquisition for major accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.

At Amrop dk, she has been instrumental in building the Finance Practice, combining her sector knowledge with her consulting skills to deliver successful senior-level recruitment projects.

Karolina holds a Master’s degree in American Culture and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Business Partnering.
