Kate is a Senior Consultant at Amrop Rosin in Canada. Kate executes on various executive searches within the professional services, private equity, not-for-profit and marketing & communication sectors, among others. With seven years of search experience, Kate’s focus is on building an exceptional search process – both for her clients and the candidates she interacts with daily.

Prior to joining the firm, Kate began working as a purchaser for an equine retail company where she utilized sales data and supplier performance to optimize inventory levels and was responsible for selecting all merchandise that aligned with the brand’s strategy.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Communication & Culture from the University of Calgary. In a previous life, Kate was a competitive showjumper and coach. She competed across Western Canada and worked with amateur riders in developing their skills both on and off the horse.

Outside of work, Kate is an avid distance runner and skier, beginner surfer and travel enthusiast.
