Laila is a Researcher at Amrop in Denmark. Laila Tolderlund has worked with executive search since 2000. Before joining Amrop Denmark, Laila worked as Head of Research and Researcher at other international executive search companies in Copenhagen. Prior to entering the executive search business, she worked as a Consultant in the IT industry and as a management Consultant. Laila has lived in the US for almost 8 years and has extensive experience from executive search at C-level in many different industries. Laila holds two degrees within marketing and languages from Copenhagen Business School.
