Mik specializes in executive search across industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, and private equity-backed organizations. He partners with boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams across Canada and the United States to recruit C-suite and senior executive talent. 

Prior to joining Amrop Rosin, Mikhael worked with Caldwell and Boyden Executive Search, delivering executive search mandates across a broad range of industries and functions. Earlier in his career, he held recruitment and business development leadership roles in Canada and Singapore, supporting clients throughout North America and Asia Pacific. 

His experience includes leadership recruitment, succession planning, and talent mapping assignments for public, private, private equity-backed, and not-for-profit organizations. 

Mikhael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Economics and Management from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
