Following a brief spell working in the banking industry, Ntokozo Ntombela joined a multinational beverage corporation where he spent over ten years gaining extensive business operations experience and management responsibility. Ntokozo joined Amrop Woodburn Mann in 2018, initially as General Manager for their social Enterprise, Hello Tutor, an E-Learning Platform before progressing to Senior Research Associate.

He describes himself foremost as a business practitioner with a passion for solving problems and has a strong belief that inclusive growth can be achieved through the equal provision of high-quality education.

He has a Masters business degree from Strayer University in Virginia, USA.
