Rastislav is a Partner at Amrop in Slovakia. In terms of specialization, his domain is mainly industrial manufacturing projects, emphasizing the Automotive Industry. As Client Partner, he focuses on executive search services with a specific focus on Private & Family Companies. He also focuses on establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with owners of major privately-owned and family companies, helping them identify and select suitable and experienced leaders for key management positions, considering the unique ecosystem of this environment and its specific internal relationships, interconnections, and rules of operation. As an independent advisor, along with other team members, he assists families and shareholders in making the right decisions on leadership, succession, organization, corporate governance, and other essential topics.

Rastislav began his career at the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia. He was in charge of recruiting new members, servicing AmCham members, coordinating AmCham Committees, official communication with state authorities and business community in Slovakia, and office finance. After he left AmCham, he began to focus on executive search services. During more than fifteen years with Egon Zehnder, he worked on hundreds of Executive Search projects in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and other European Union countries in various management positions. He has been focused on consulting solutions for different clients to identify relevant leaders for their positions on B and B-1 levels across all sectors, focusing on the Automotive Industry.

He graduated from the City University of Seattle in Bratislava with a degree in Business Management and Administration.
