Remington brings an Industrial-Organizational Psychology perspective to executive search, having focused his education and his experiences at work on system and human behaviour.

Prior to joining Amrop Rosin (formerly Rosin Executive Search Inc.), Remington was in the health and wellness field, specifically in mental health and communication, emotional intelligence technology, resilience development, and sports and health nutrition.

During his time in each of these opportunities, Remington was guided by the principle of Alignment, where he focused on recommending solutions or adapting business strategy and development to meet the needs of his clients and teams.

Remington completed his Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of British Columbia.

Outside of work, Remington is an ultra-endurance athlete, completing events such as Ironman Canada and the Squamish 50/50 two-day 130 km Ultramarathon.
