Nanke joins Amrop from Robert Walters and brings over twenty years of experience in executive search and recruitment. With her broad functional experience from Finance and HR to Commercial and General Management, she will focus on senior leadership positions within Consumer, Food, Agri & Biotech.
Jana brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, and executive-level consulting. She has extensive expertise in HRIS, HR software, and digital HR, having worked with both local and global technology providers helping organizations drive HR transformation and business growth.
Enzo Kleijn – Netherlands
Enzo joins from Board Company and has extensive experience in the field of board governance and leadership development, combined with a strong network of senior executives and board members in the Netherlands and Belgium. In his role as Partner, he will focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
Filip Strömbäck - Sweden
Filip began his career in corporate banking at Nordea before moving into serving financial services clients within executive search in 2007 at Korn Ferr, where he delivered Board- and C-suite-level assignments across the Nordic region. In 2018 he co-founded Exparang, a digital matching platform for executive search and proactive career management, which he led until 2024. Before joining Amrop he was Chief of Staff at deep tech company GREEN14
David joins Amrop from his previous role as Managing Director Sweden for a global executive search firm, following fifteen years as partner at one of Sweden’s leading human capital firms. His assignment history includes placing Chairs, NEDs and CEO/CxO candidates across listed, PE-backed, family-owned, and state-owned companies, spanning the Industrial / Manufacturing, and Energy sectors.
