Maria del Carmen Portocarrero Joins Amrop in Peru

Amrop welcomes Maria del Carmen Portocarrero as a Partner in Lima.

Maria del Carmen has more than 25 years of extensive experience in Human Talent Management and Corporate Responsibility in international companies and organizations at local and regional level in different markets in the engineering, pharmaceutical, port, logistics and transport, insurance and professional services sectors.

With a Business Administration degree from Ricardo Palma University, she also holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Leadership from the University of Barcelona, Spain. She has a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Graduate School of Business Management at the UPC.

Maria del Carmen is Director of the Peruvian Association of Human Resources (APERHU), Member of Talent and Culture Committee of Women CEO Peru and OWIT, and of L+1, an organization of leaders promoting sustainable development.
