We are committed to ensuring that your information is handled confidentially and held secured. Once provided, it becomes part of our internal data system where staff have access to for a need to know basis. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we endeavour to ensure suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and otherwise. Our Services & Your Data

As part of our services in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, Leadership Development and Coaching, Assessment, Interim management, Board search and Leadership retreats, we collect professional and personal data made available in whatever way directly from you or a third party acting on your behalf; by reference through a third party or word of mouth, and through publicly available sources. A public source may include LinkedIn, print media and news services, Facebook, BoardEx, Not Actively Looking, Twitter, Google, etc. If it is the case, that you are interested in becoming a candidate for a role opening or directorship or for the purpose of other services we provide, we reserve the right to apply our sole discretion to include you in such projects.

The information collected becomes necessary to assess your suitability and may include but not exclusively your CV, work history documents, identification documents, personal data including compensation history. It is at your sole discretion to which extent you share your information.

The data collected will only be used for the purpose intended and requires your consent through your interest in the roles or services discussed and by sharing your data with us. We process your data with our client, and your data becomes candidate information. The data is for their consideration, and the position we are mandated for or other services set out in this document.

By sharing your personal information or submitting your data, whether by conversation or in writing, we deem you have agreed for us to collect, use, and disclose your data with our client or for your inquiry and/or other services you have consented us to perform on your behalf.

We may also conduct checks on you to verify the information you have provided and where we do this, we share your information with a verification company or relevant organization, for example, a university registrar to confirm degree qualifications. If you do not provide the personal data necessary or withdraw your consent for the processing of your data, we may not be able to match you with the available assignments or services we are discussing with you.

We do not share any data from you with third parties outside our services, and you have the right to duly inform us to revoke your interest and delete your data from our database. As a globally active firm, we work with colleagues, business partners and clients around the world and our information may become available beyond our staff and with business associates and partners located around the world. For specific projects, some excerpts and sharing of candidate information may apply for evaluating the interest of a client request for a particular profile of a candidate. Such information provided is without fully disclosing all details, which, in the event requiring full disclosure, will require your consent. Some countries may have privacy laws that may be different from those in your home country or our business location. We endeavour to apply adequate data protection standards to safeguard your information as related to transfers as best as we can, without liability.

 

Email Policy

All information exchanged is treated with the strictest precautionary confidence. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection (PDPA) of Singapore and GDPR 2016/679, you are obliged to treat personal data information which may be shared in this email for the intended purpose only and shall be disclosed to a third party only upon the sender's agreement. Consent can be obtained either electronically via email, in writing and/or any explicit indicative action which signifies agreement on the disclosure of data.

 

E-mail transmissions may be intercepted, altered or read by unauthorized persons and may contain viruses. All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent such circumstances from happening. Our company shall not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or misuse arising from the use of this email or attachments.
