Felipe is Partner of Amrop Central America & Caribbean, where he leads the search for senior executives and independent board members for multinational companies and prestigious regional, local and family businesses.

Felipe has over 30 years of diverse experience in marketing products and services for the corporate, tourism, industrial, and consumer markets as Director of Global Distribution and Sales at Copa Airlines, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at Polymer Group, formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Chiquita Brands. He has been advisor to the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce in Panama for several years. He was President of the Association of Airlines in Panama (ALAP) and member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Tourism of Panama (CAMTUR), both positions for two consecutive years.

Felipe holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University (Florida, USA) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Louisiana State University (Louisiana, USA). He has been also an accredited facilitator of Franklin Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
