Betül joined Amrop Turkiye as a Senior Consultant after a decade-long career in project management and marketing.

Prior to joining Amrop, Betül has held product and segment management roles in multinational and local organizations in Turkiye and abroad.

Having always been wired for working in fast-paced environments, she had been actively involved in the establishment of advancement strategies, which provided her with a strong intuition concerning the varied needs of an organization. Deciding to carry these competencies and experience to executive search field, she has worked for a multinational executive search firm as an associate where she gained a broad range of search experience for various industries and roles.

A graduate of the University of Boğaziçi, Betül holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, which has equipped her with an analytical approach.

Outside work, she is an avid fan of Southeast Asian culture and enjoyed many travels and gastronomical adventures while she has been living in Singapore and Thailand with her family for an expatriate assignment.
