Amrop is pleased to announce the addition of Aleksandar Stevanovic in Serbia, and Imma Montemurro in Italy, enhancing our executive search and leadership advisory footprint in the EMEA region.

Imma Montemurro – Partner, Italy
Imma joins Amrop from a longstanding multi-country career in international and boutique executive search firms, built around an extensive network of senior executive relationships. She brings a consistent and successful track record of C-level search engagements across a variety of sectors. She holds a degree in Political Science from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
Aleksandar Stevanovic – Partner, Serbia
Aleksandar joins Amrop from management consulting and senior corporate leadership roles in Southeast Europe. He began his career in the US at Merrill Lynch, before joining PwC in Serbia. He subsequently served as Executive Board Member and Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Nelt Group, operating across twelve markets in Europe and Africa. He later returned to PwC as Director and Consumer Markets Leader for Southeast Europe.
