At the core of our Board Practice lies a unique research and benchmarking platform created to assess the quality of Corporate Governance and the various dimensions defining Board Effectiveness. Leveraging this platform, the “Amrop-ET India’s Best Boards” is a national initiative jointly developed by Amrop India and The Economic Times, India’s leading business daily, to establish ‘gold standards’ and to encourage improvements in corporate governance practices among listed companies in India. In 2021, a total of 396 companies out of the NSE500 constituents underwent our evaluation process.
External Succession: Here we help create robustness in succession by leveraging our capabilities in Leadership Assessment, Role Design & Executive Search; Amrop’s External Succession is designed as a powerful program to enable forward-looking and robust leadership succession.
